Rochester, Winona, Decorah, La Crescent, Waukon, Cresco, Arcadia, Caledonia, Wabasha, Whitehall, Preston, Lansing, Alma, Buffalo, Stewartville, Byron, Goodview, St. Charles, Plainview, and Chatfield. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 193 and 276. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
